A somehwhat unexpected announcment has seen
Islona secure the rights to re-release the Team17 classic Supoerfrog on the
Amiga. This might be seen by some as being a somewhat odd move and many people
may be sceptical. Anyway, heres the low-down in it all...
I'm sure many of you know the game so i'm not going to go into it in too much depth. Basically, its a platform jump 'n run game in which you control a frog (funny that, eh? ;). The game was very successful when it was initially released, however, if this is still the case remains to be seen.
A few of the games features include smooth 360 degree scrolling, superb cartonn style graphics, bonums sub-games, varying skill levels, loads of massive levels and a fair bit more.
The game will be re-released on CD-ROM for the price of £14.99 and will work on any AGA Amiga.
Islona hope this to be the first of many Team17 re-releases.
