Remember Goal? Argubly one of the best football games ever made on the Amiga. Well, its now being re-released by Alive Mediasoft, however, they are also make a few changes to bring the game upto date.

Obviously, it will contain all of the features of the original Goal such as a huge selection of fully editable teams, real player names and kits, four pitch views - Wembley, Normal, Wet and Muddy all playable in full and half scale, horizontal and vertical and muc, much more.

On top of this Alive Mediasoft have added there own changes which includes New Hard drive installer, new In-gameplay tweaks, now near perfect gameplay, new up-todate team strips, up-to-date teams from Premier League, new Cup knock-out competition with aggregate replays.

It all sounds quite good, although one thing I am currently unsure of is compatability. The old Goal had problems with faster processors, hopefully this will be fixed for this release.

The game will hopefully be released sometime in July.
