Alive-Mediasoft are re-releasing Blade into the Amiga market, this time on CD instead of disk.
Alive orginally released Blade at the end of last year, back then it received
mixed reviews from the top publications, however, it did receive a very good
86% in Cu-Amiga. Alive have decided to have another bite at the cherry,
however, its not just the same game just on CD, they have made a few additions
to the game.
The CD version contains a renedered intro, full source code and graphics and also demos of Alives up & coming Amiga games including Samba World Cup and demos of other games that they as a mail order company sell.
For those of you that don't remember Blade is described as the 'Ultimate Role Playing Fastasy Adventure'. In it you take command of a team made up of wizards, dwarves, elfs and warriors, your mission it to explore the forests and dungeons finding treasures and killing monsters along the way. In all there are 50 missions for you to pit your wits against.
The best thing about this CD version is that is only costs £9.99 (Also available on disk for this price). For those of you that already have the disk version of Blade you can upgrade for £5.
